A visit to John Sam Lake is always a good idea. John Sam Lake gets a common amount of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. The friendly people of Mount Vernon-Anacortes like to hang out close by, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake Goodwin Resort is a fine place to camp. Nothing beats kicking back at Tulalip Shores; John Sam Lake is not the only location close by,

| | Lake Loma is a close by lake. Summertime at John Sam Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are frequently in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at John Sam Lake temperatures drop to the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Pilchuck Creek, and a trip to Lake Chelan National Recreation Area is worthwhile. A lake close by is Lake Agnes, and Edward Springs Reservoir Dam is a place that is near John Sam Lake.
