Joe Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. If you're here, you might as well stop by Alta Pass, and lakes are such calm places, why not take a look at Edds Lake. A good close by hotel is Howard Johnson Snoqualmie/Summit, and Joe Lake is a good place to visit for more than one day, Crystal Springs Campground is a good place to camp nearby. Joe Lake is a wet location that gets a good deal of rainfall; during January this area sees the most rain,

| | and July is the month with the least moisture. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Don't leave Joe Lake without first going for a hike along the Cooper Pass Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork offers some splendid whitewater. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Joe Lake highs are regularly in the 70's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs | |

in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Joe Lake. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is bountiful here in the Northern Cascade Range. Snoqualmie has great slopes and a friendly staff, and you'll stumble
on a beautiful lake called Alaska Lake. There's splendid hiking along the Pacific Crest Trail - section 25, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Box Canyon Creek. There's no way anyone
can get bored here in the Northern Cascade Range. Alpental is a very popular ski area around here, and don't forget to take a wonderful little trip to Silver Creek. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Suncadia
Resort is a nice place to spend a night or two; you can make out Alaska Mountain from Joe Lake. Joe Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. This lake is so wonderful. There are fine places to discover along the Middle Fork Trail, and Commonwealth Campground is a great campground nearby.
