    If you are traveling by, why not stop by Jerry Lakes. Jerry Lakes is located in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. The Jack Mountain Trail offers hiking at its best, and some attention-grabbing geology is available here, Jerry Glacier is right here. Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever wanna go back home again. North Fork Devils Creek is a lovely stream that is worth visiting, and if you came for an overnight stay  
   Cougar Island Campground is a glorious place to camp.
For the period of the warm days of summer here at Jerry Lakes, high temperatures regularly reach the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. During the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's, and night lows all through the wintertime for Jerry Lakes tend to be in the 20's. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! Jerry Lakes is so good! Take a hike on the Mill Creek
 
               Trail, and from Jerry Lakes you obtain a good view of Crater Mountain. Lakes are such calm places, why not go to Freezeout Lake near Jerry Lakes; Granite Creek is a glorious whitewater spot nearby.
All the water falling down from the sky makes Jerry Lakes a wet site; during November this area sees the most rain, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. That right there is a load of exciting things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. Tenmile Island Campground is a great local campground; in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Canyon Creek - Skagit Tributary.
Why not take a refreshing hike along the East Bank Trail; you'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Kitling Lake.
