If you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Dosewallips River, and whitewater paddling is splendid on Big Quilcene River. There are other spots here than Jarstad Lake, for example Alexander Lake, and if you need a place to stay Super 8 Bremerton is       a splendid choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you're visiting Jarstad Lake from Bremerton-Silverdale, you won't be the only one; great water scenery is available at Jarstad Lake Dam close to Jarstad Lake. Jarstad Lake is a pretty wet place ordinarily with lots of precipitation; most of the rain falls during December, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. High temperatures at Jarstad Lake during the days of summer are in                  the 70's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's, and night lows in the 30's for Jarstad Lake. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Jarstad Lake. Lakes? Sure, Heins Lake is in the neighborhood, and next to Jarstad Lake you find a golf course called McCormick Woods Golf Course.
