Lake James is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit White River, and you can see Pigeon Peak from Lake James. Throughout the summertime months at Lake James highs are regularly in the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's while Lake James nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 30's. This place, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much

| | outdoors enjoyable stuff. Crystal Mountain has nice slopes and a friendly staff, and probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Adelaide Lake is just a very short distance away. Lake James is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Van Horn Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to, and camping is available at White River Campground. and if you come at the right time of year, Clearwater River - White River Tributary offers some great whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. A spree to Van Horn Falls will fill your soul with perfect feelings, and a brilliant nearby
hotel is Kings Value Inn - Enumclaw, Wa. Take a hike on the Carbon Trail, and if you need a place to stay The Governor Hotel is a fine choice. A fine place to camp here at Lake James is Ipsut Creek Campground, and you can have a magnificent hiking adventure along the Flip-O-Way Trail.
