And that's not all you can do here at Jack Lake. Don't leave Jack Lake without first checking out Ice Cliff Glacier, and the Icicle Trail is a tremendous hiking trail nearby. Nearby lakes? Sure, Horseshoe Lake is in the vicinity of Jack Lake; there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Jolly Mountain Lookout Trail. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Icicle Creek. Summertime at Jack       Lake comes with high temperatures in the 60's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 40's. All through the winter highs are commonly in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Jack Lake. Man, is there a load of amusing stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. A pleasant location to stop at in the neighborhood of Jack Lake is Stuart Pass, and the sight of beautiful Sherpa Peak is magnificent. So many entertaining things to do here in the Northern                  Cascade Range, too tremendous to be true. This is a good region for folks who like lakes. Lake Ingalls is a lake around here. There's so much to do here at Jack Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Eightmile Lake Campground is a delightful place for that. This lake is so wonderful. Stewart Lodge is a tremendous place to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Teanaway River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Trout Lake Campground is a pleasant place to do that; if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the County Line Trail. The high level of precipitation makes Jack Lake a quite wet spot; all through January this area sees the most snow; July on the other hand is the driest.
