Irely Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; the month of December is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is July. Dry warm beds await you at Lake Quinault Lodge, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Quinault River. There's some flowing water close by, Cannings Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here; why not camp at Graves Creek Campground since you're here at       Irely Lake. This lake is so wonderful. If you want a pleasant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Irely Lake. There's good hiking along the Elwha River Trail; Irely Lake is not the only place close by, Bunch Lake is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge is a splendid place to do that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Irely Lake; Hoh River Trail is a brilliant local trail. The Olympic                  Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Now, you may think that's loads but there's even more amusing things to do here in the Olympic Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Quinault River - North Fork, naturally you could also have a look at Reflection Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Summer at Irely Lake comes with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's; night lows in the 30's for Irely Lake. And if that's not enough there's a load more fun things to do in the Olympic Mountains.
