Inkster Lake gets very little precipitation; through the month of December you get the most snow around here; August meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Inkster Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Porcupine Bay Campground is a nice local campground; dry warm beds await you at Davenport Motel. Camping at Detillion Campground is always a good experience, and if you need a spot to stay       Black Bear Motel is a fine choice. Through the summer months at Inkster Lake highs are generally in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
