A visit to Indigo Lake is always a good idea. All year is a splendid time in the Northern Cascade Range if you like the outdoors. The peak of Circle Peak can be seen from Indigo Lake, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Sauk River - North Fork. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Indigo Lake. Going for a hike on the Lost Creek Ridge Trail is always a great adventure, and don't forget to take a delightful little visit
to Harriet Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Crystal Creek Campground while you're here at Indigo Lake; the skiing at Stephens Pass is wonderful.
Through the warmest time of the year at Indigo Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's, and the night is fairly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Indigo Lake. Near Indigo Lake you find the Camp Creek Ridge

Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and get soaked paddling on Suiattle River. The Meadow Mountain Trail is a brilliant hiking trail right next door to Indigo Lake; camping is available at East Side Buck Creek Campground.
Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. Indigo Lake gets a lot of water; most of the rain falls during November, and July is when it's the driest. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range.
