When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 20's for Image Lake. If you came for an overnight stay White River Falls Campground is a nice place to camp; Dusty Creek is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff       in the Northern Cascade Range. Hiking along the Sulphur Mountain Way is splendid fun, and camping is available at Phelps Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not check out Canyon Lake right next door to Image Lake; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Icicle Inn. Totem Pass is a fine location to take a look at nearby, and whitewater paddling is great on Little Wenatchee River. So much exciting stuff in the                  Northern Cascade Range, just striking. You'll find a scenic lake called Bannock Lakes near Image Lake, and Image Lake is right by the Pacific Crest Trail - section 26. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Miners Creek Trail, and if you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Downey Creek.
