Hyatt Lake gets very little rain; December is the month that gets the most snow; the driest of the months is September. A trip to Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is recommended, and a lake close by is Bass Lake. You assume that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Sherman Creek is a glorious whitewater spot next to Hyatt Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Evans Campground is a nice campground       nearby, and if you're here at Hyatt Lake, checking out Seven Devils is a must. Hyatt Lake is a delightful place to visit for more than one day, Marcus Island Campground is a delightful place to camp nearby, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Colville is a great location to spend a night or two. Summertime highs at Hyatt Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter                  are in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Hyatt Lake tend to be in the 10's.
