Do stop by Hyatt Lake while you're in this part of Washington. You must beyond doubt stop at Seven Devils since you're here at Hyatt Lake, and if you're looking for a great spree, Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area is reasonably near. There's so much to do here at Hyatt Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Evans Campground is a great spot for that, and Hill Lake is a nearby lake that you could explore. | | Mission Lake, and you can run the rapids of Sherman Creek. Through the days of summer highs here at Hyatt Lake reach the 80's, and the night is quite chillier of course, typically in the 40's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Hyatt Lake. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this location.  | Interesting to see this area via google satelitte...in 1892 my paternal grandfather purchased 95.5 acres along the river at the China Bend area from the govt. It must have been repurchased by the Bureau of Reclamation when the Dam was being considered. Glad it's still beautiful.... |
