The Jordan Creek Trail is a nice hiking trail next to Hugo Lake, and glide down the rapids of Cispus River in a kayak. A large amount of rain falls at Hugo Lake; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and the driest month of the year is July. So many amusing things to do here at Hugo Lake, too great to be true. There is a pleasant hiking trail close to Hugo Lake called the Angry Mountain Trail, and you       can hit the slopes at White Pass close by. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. Yeah, come up here to the Northern Cascade Range for a fine time. Not far from Hugo Lake, you'll locate Chambers Lake which is a scenic lake; get yourself into a kayak and hit Johnson Creek. Crystal Mountain is a very popular ski area close at hand, and nearby you locate the Pacific Crest Trail - section 24 which is a fine hiking trail.                  Be careful coming to the Northern Cascade Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Stay the night at Chambers Lake Campground. There are other places here than Hugo Lake, for example Wobbly Lake. There's so much to do here at Hugo Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Spring Creek Campground is a great location for that. Summer at Hugo Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 40's.
