Why not stop by Horseshoe Lake if you're passing through these parts. An average amount of rain falls at Horseshoe Lake; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month is July. After a long day outdoors Best Western Park Plaza is a splendid location to spend a night or two, and there are some splendid whitewater spots on Mashel River. then we recommend Nisqually River, and Horseshoe Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Alder Lake Park is a pleasant local campground. Summer at Horseshoe Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and all
through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 40's; night lows in the 30's for Horseshoe Lake. This lake is so wonderful. All our national parks are magnificent places to check
out, and Mount Rainier National Park is no exception; dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Puyallup (Tacoma Area), Wa. This lake is so wonderful. And if that's not enough there's heaps more entertaining
things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. There's some interesting stuff to make out at Tanwax Lake Dam next to Horseshoe Lake, and if you came to camp Rainier View RV Park is a pleasant place to do that.
