At Horse Lake throughout the long summer days highs are in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 40's. Highs through the wintertime are regularly in the 30's, and night lows at Horse Lake during the wintertime commonly dip into the 10's. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Horse Lake; Devils Gulch Trail is a good local trail, and Horse Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Self's Trailer Park is a nice place to camp nearby.

| | But wait, there's more to do near Horse Lake. Entiat River is a magnificent whitewater spot next to Horse Lake, and the Red Hill Trail offers hiking at its best. You can run the rapids of Wenatchee River close to Horse Lake; a golf course nearby is Mt. Cashmere Golf Course. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the High Creek Trail, and if you need a spot to stay La Quinta Inn AND Suites Wenatchee is a good choice. So much exciting | |

the great places here in the Wenatchee Mountains. All year is a great time in the Wenatchee Mountains if you have a thing about the outdoors. You're sure to encounter some friendly people from Wenatchee here, and stunning scenery
and magnificent skiing is what you obtain at Mission Ridge. From a rain point of view Horse Lake is a rather normal spot; the month with most of the snow is December, and the driest month is July. This lake is so wonderful. Wenatchee
River County Park is a splendid campground nearby. Lakes? Sure, H and H Reservoir Number Two is around here.
