Hobuck Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; December is the wettest month with most rain; the driest of the months is August. Hobuck Lake is a beautiful lake in the Olympic Mountains. If you want a great time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Olympic Mountains. Hobuck Beach Park is a good campground nearby; if you need a place to stay Kalaloch Lodge is a magnificent choice. The Allens Bay Trail is       a pleasant hiking trail next to Hobuck Lake; you are near Bahobohosh Point while you're here. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the Olympic Mountains. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Hobuck Beach. For the duration of the long summer days, highs usually are in the 60's at Hobuck Lake; the overnight is a tad chillier of course, mostly in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's, and overnight lows at Hobuck Lake during the                  wintertime commonly fall into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is magnificent here at Hobuck Lake, you can go for a hike along the South Sand Point Trail, and if you're looking for a beach close by we recommend Sooes Beach. And that's not all you can do here at Hobuck Lake. There's some flowing water close by, Bear Creek is a stream you can have a look at while you're here, and if you come at the right time of year, Hoko River offers some wonderful whitewater. Hobuck Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Cape Motel and RV Park is a nice place to camp nearby, and at Hobuck Lake you can catch a sight of Waatch Peak.   Kalaloch Lodge, Forks 24 miles away We sit on a 50 foot high bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
