This lake is so wonderful. Washington National Golf Club is a fine golf course nearby; South Prairie Creek RV Park is a fine local campground. This is a good vicinity for people who like lakes. Lake Tapps is a lake in the vicinity, and Green River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. High temperatures at Hille Lake       throughout the summertime are in the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Hille Lake drop into the 30's. Just can't get enough of Hille Lake. All our national parks are glorious places to pop by, and Mount Rainier National Park is no exception, and do schedule some time to visit Driftwood Point if you have a chance. This lake is so wonderful.                  Why not check out Lake Tapps Dike Number Four Dam since you're here, and in the event that you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Carbon River. You'll meet a lot of folks from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue here, and if you need a place to stay Days Inn Seattle Auburn is a perfect choice. Hille Lake gets a normal amount of yearly rainfall; December is when you get the most rain here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
