The warmest time of the year at Heins Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 40's while Heins Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Jarstad Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by; while you're here you can play some golf at McCormick Woods Golf Course. Heins       Lake gets a large amount of water; all through December this area sees the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area next to Heins Lake has to offer. Comfort Inn & Suites is a good site to get some rest, and lots of people from Bremerton-Silverdale come here. Not far from Heins Lake you get some perfect water scenery at Alexander                  Lake Dam, and Carrington Mobile Home and RV Park is a magnificent local campground. After a long day outdoors Bremerton Super 8 Motel is a good spot to spend a night or two; while you're here, you could also have a look at stunning Alexander Lake. Dosewallips River has a delightful whitewater paddling spot nearby, and Erland Point Mobile Home Park is a great campground nearby.
