Dickerson Creek. Through the summer months at Heins Lake highs are usually in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are usually in the 40's, and after the sun is down during
the winter temperatures at Heins Lake sink into the 30's.
You can run the rapids of Big Quilcene River in close proximity to Heins Lake. Playing golf is lots of fun at McCormick Woods Golf Course, and you can stay the night at Erland Point Mobile Home Park.
