Yep, outdoors amusing stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Happy Lake. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Boulder Lake Trail, and a lake close by is Lake Sutherland. Happy Lake is one of the lakes here in the Olympic Mountains. So many enjoyable things in the Olympic Mountains, just phenomenal. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Hurricane Ridge Ski Lodge, and after a long day outdoors Days Inn       Port Angeles is a tremendous spot to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Indian Valley Motel and RV Park, and Quality Inn Uptown is a great location to get some rest. And that's not all you can do here in the Olympic Mountains. Why not visit nearby Crystal Creek while you're here at Happy Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Elwha River. Hiking is a popular thing to                  do around Happy Lake; Happy Lake Ridge Trail is a splendid local trail. Why not camp at Altair Campgrounds since you're here at Happy Lake, and this is a popular place for folks from Port Angeles. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Olympic National Park is recommended, and there are some good whitewater spots on Elwha River. The high level of rain makes Happy Lake a quite wet spot; the wettest month of the year is generally December, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is July. During the days of summer at Happy Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Happy Lake throughout the winter generally drop into the 30's.
