This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Verlot Campground is always a nice experience, and good hiking is available along the Finney Peak Trail. For the duration of the summer at Hanson Lake highs are generally in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's; overnight lows in the 30's for Hanson Lake. All year is a good time in the Northern Cascade Range       if you love the outdoors. Go for a hike on the Gee Point Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Pilchuck River. If you come at the right time of year, Stillaguamish River - South Fork offers some fine whitewater, and dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe. Hanson Lake is a reasonably wet place regularly with much precipitation; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is usually the driest month. If you need                  a spot to stay GuestHouse Inn & Suites M is a splendid choice, and unsurprisingly Kelly Creek is a scenic stream that is worth going to. Hanson Lake is located in the Northern Cascade Range. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. If you get bored of Hanson Lake, you could also visit close by Smelling Lake. So much fun stuff near Hanson Lake, completely striking.
