This lake is so wonderful. Palouse River is a splendid whitewater spot in the vicinity of Green Lake; Gildersleeve Spring is an inspiring location to stop by during your stay. Lyons Ferry State Park is a glorious spot to take a look at on a pretty day; you'll find a striking lake called Johns Camp Lake. Throughout the long summer days highs here       at Green Lake get into the 80's, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Green Lake are in the 20's. Not much precipitation falls here at Green Lake; December is when you get the most snow here, and the driest of the months is July.
