Green Lake is a good location to visit for more than one day, Lakeshore RV Park is a good location to camp nearby; Bigelow Canyon is absolutely a great site to pop by. After a long day outdoors Best Western Lakeside Lodge & Suites is a great site to spend a night or two, and some of the water nearby flows, like Washington Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a delightful close by course is Lake Chelan       Municipal Golf Course, and get your heart pumping on the brilliant whitewater of Methow River. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. While you're here at Green Lake, you could also stop at striking Alta Lake, and what would a place like Green Lake be without interesting close by features like Highland Bench. You'll locate a stunning lake called Little Dick Lake near Green Lake; there's whitewater on Chelan River for all you adrenaline junkies.                  This lake is so wonderful. The slopes of Loup Loup Ski Bowl are so inviting nobody can resist. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Green Lake has to offer, you can camp at Kachess - Wenatchee National Forest, and Echo Valley is a great local ski area. At Green Lake you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Green Lake all through the summertime highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
