The beauty of Grass Lake is reason enough to stop by. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. All the outdoors fun things near Grass Lake will keep you coming back persistently. The vista of Green Mountain from Grass Lake is gorgeous; camping is available at Cougar Park. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Beaver Bay Campground if you're here at Grass Lake.

| | down the rapids of Siouxon Creek in a kayak. If you come at the right time of year, Canyon Creek - Lewis River Tributary offers some great whitewater, and nearby you find the Toutle River Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. Grass Lake is a pretty wet place typically with a lot of rain; most of the rain falls during December, and July on the other hand is the driest.

back home again. If you get bored of Grass Lake, you could also stop by nearby Swift Number Two Forebay; you can take a little journey to Swift Number Two Dam since you're here at Grass Lake. That right there is a lot of entertaining
things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. If you need a spot to stay Best Western Battle Ground Inn & Suites is a perfect choice; the Saint Helens Way is a splendid hiking trail close by. During the summertime
months here at Grass Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 70's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and night lows in the 30's for Grass Lake.
Going for a hike on the Siouxon Trail is always a tremendous adventure, and some nearby water includes Cougar Creek.
