Sure, Lake Morton is close at hand, and naturally, all our national parks are magnificent places to check out and Mount Rainier National Park is no exception. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Buckley is a tremendous location to spend a night or two, and Pipe Lake is a good lake nearby. Jade Public Golf Course is a splendid golf course nearby, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue here. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot       to stay Days Inn Seattle Auburn is a fine choice; why not a little side trip to Cranmar Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Cedar River is so much fun. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a nice time here at Grass Lake. Issaquah Highlands Camping Club is a tremendous campground nearby, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Green River. Throughout the summer months at Grass Lake temperatures are commonly in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows descend down to                  the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 40's, and after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Grass Lake sink into the 30's. From a rain point of view Grass Lake is a relatively normal place; the wettest month of the year is mostly December, that's the one that rains the most while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Riverbend Mobile and RV Park is a nice local campground; don't miss out on a nice swamp; Mooney Swamp is right here at Grass Lake.   Econo Lodge Buckley, Buckley 9 miles away Mt.
