It's always fun to stop by Granite Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Silver Creek Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Mounthaven Resort is a fine place to camp. At Granite Lake you can catch a glimpse of Osborne Mountain, and nearby you hit upon the Big Creek Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail. during November this area sees the most rain, and July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at High Rock Campground while you're here at Granite Lake, and going for a hike on the Osborne Mountain
Trail is always a great adventure. Get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Silver Creek, and why not a little side spree to Teeley Creek. Any time is a fine time at Granite Lake if you go for the outdoors. A lake close
by is Pothole Lake, and a good place for whitewater paddling is Cispus River. Summertime highs at Granite Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's while night lows are usually in the 50's. Highs during the winter are frequently in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Granite Lake temperatures descend to the 30's.
