     You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool things in the Northern Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is tremendous on Sauk River, and on a lovely day you acquire a magnificent vista of Stillaguamish Peak from Goodman Lake. The Lost Creek Ridge Trail is a nice hiking trail in the neighborhood of Goodman Lake; perhaps you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Pass Lake is just a very short distance away. Lots of rain falls at Goodman  
   Lake; throughout November this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is July.
Through the summer, highs mostly are in the 70's at Goodman Lake; the overnight is a bit cooler of course, ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 20's to Goodman Lake. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Goodman Lake has to offer, you
 
               can camp at White Chuck Campground, and going for a hike on the Camp Creek Ridge Trail is always a great adventure. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range.
You could also take a look at Peek-a-boo Lake since you're here at Goodman Lake; it's close by, and obviously North Fork Falls Creek is a delightful stream that is worth a visit. Whohoo, so much amusing stuff in one place! Goodman Lake is excellent! Near Goodman Lake you find the Meadow Mountain Trail which is a great hiking trail. There's so much to do here at Goodman Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Perry Creek Campground is a delightful spot for that. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Northern Cascade Range. The snow is pleasant at Stephens Pass.

Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out...
