Goober Pond is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is located in the wonderful Olympic Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Alderbrook Resort And Spa is a fine choice; in case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Jefferson Creek. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Goober Pond, you could also check out picturesque Jefferson Lake.

During the summer months here at Goober Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout
the winter are in the 40's with temperatures at Goober Pond dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. All year is a great time in the Olympic Mountains if you love the outdoors. A magnificent site for whitewater paddling
right next door to Goober Pond is Hamma Hamma River, and there are plenty of people from Shelton here. Camping is available at Lilliwaup Creek Campground; the view of lovely Jefferson Peak is splendid.
Super 8 Motel - Shelton is a perfect place to get some rest, and there are great sites to look at along the Baldy Trail.
