    What a nice lake Golden Lakes is. Golden Lakes beyond doubt is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Have a pleasant hiking adventure along the Ipsut Creek Trail; get yourself into a kayak and hit South Praire Creek. There's so much to do here at Golden Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Longmire Campground is a good site for that; needless to say North Mowich River is a beautiful stream that is worth taking a look at. If you have a thing about  
   the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the Northern Cascade Range. Take a hike on the Paul Peak Trail; a journey to Mount Rainier National Park is worthwhile.
Throughout the warm days of summer, highs regularly are in the 70's at Golden Lakes. Summer night lows descend down to the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's while the cold winter nights at Golden Lakes are in the 30's. This spot, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors
 
               entertaining things. Dry warm beds await you at Kings Value Inn - Enumclaw, Wa, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Osborne Mountain Trail. At Golden Lakes you can see Paul Peak; after a long day outdoors The Governor Hotel is a nice site to spend a night or two.
A lot of rain falls at Golden Lakes; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Golden Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Ipsut Creek Campground; if you come at the right time of year, Clearwater River - White River Tributary offers some nice whitewater.
This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range.
