Go to Goblin Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Cascadia Inn. Quartz Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by; going for a hike on the Lost Creek Ridge Trail is always a glorious adventure. Now, you may feel that's a lot but there's even more entertaining things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range. After a long day outdoors Skyriver Inn is a great site to spend a night or two, and Pride Basin
   is a fine site.
All through the summer months at Goblin Lake highs are frequently in the 70's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 40's with winter lows in the 20's overnight here at Goblin Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Sloan Creek, and you get a wonderful panorama of Goblin Mountain from here. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The Northern Cascade Range is great!

Hit the slopes at Stephens Pass nearby, and if you came for an overnight stay San Juan Campground is a great spot to camp.
There are great spots to explore along the Camp Creek Ridge Trail, and get dripping wet paddling on Skykomish River - North Fork. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Goblin Lake gets a great deal of water; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Camping is available at Sloan Creek Campground, and you can go for a hike on the Fire Creek Way.
