Hiking is a popular thing to do around Goat Lake; Middle Fork Trail is a fine local trail, and skiing at Alpental is one of those things you just ought to do. Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting things in the Northern Cascade Range. A perfect close by hotel is Salish Lodge And Spa, and the Pratt Lake Trail offers hiking at its best. All year is a delightful time in the Northern Cascade       Range if you love the outdoors. Really nice skiing awaits you at Snoqualmie; the sight of Mount Price is stunning. If you came to camp Commonwealth Campground is a brilliant spot to do that, and Le Fay Lake is a delightful lake close by. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Goat Lake with overnight lows in the 50's. During the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 40's; overnight lows at                  Goat Lake throughout the wintertime typically fall into the 30's. Goat Lake is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is fine on Snoqualmie River - Middle Fork, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Annette Lake Trail. So many fun things to do at Goat Lake, so little time. There are other sites here than Goat Lake, for example Horseshoe Lake; hey, Goat Creek is a splendid local stream. This lake is so wonderful.
