There is a great hiking trail right next door to Glory Lake called the Park Creek Trail, and if you came to camp High Bridge Campground is a good location to do that. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Northern Cascade Range. Going for a hike on the Pacific Crest Trail - section 26 is always a delightful adventure, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Best Western Icicle Inn. For the duration of the summer       highs here at Glory Lake get into the 70's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Glory Lake dipping down into the 20's during winter nights. A lot of rainfall falls at Glory Lake; most of the rain falls during November, and July on the other hand is the driest. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area next to Glory Lake has to offer. You're                  possibly hooked on lakes, Trapper Lake is one of those nearby, and a quick trip to Cottonwood Creek is positively a pleasant idea. This is a good region for people who like lakes. Green View Lake is a lake close by, and there are good places to explore along the Miners Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Glory Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Shady Campground is a glorious site for that, and paddling on Granite Creek is so much fun. All the outdoors exciting stuff in the Northern Cascade Range will keep you coming back over and over.
