For the duration of the summer here at George Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to George Lake. If you get bored of George Lake,       you could also check out close by Martha Lake; Basecamp is a splendid campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous nearby hotel is Cave B Inn at SageCliffe, and near George Lake you come across a golf course called Quincy Golf Club. George Lake is pretty waterless commonly; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow; the driest month is July. Stay the night at Shady Tree RV Park, and George Lake is not the only place nearby, Flat                  Lake is a nearby lake.
