Silver Lake Recreational Park is a tremendous spot for that, and getting to Mill Creek from Garhart Reservoir is trouble-free. From a rainfall point of view Garhart Reservoir is a quite normal site; during December this area sees
the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Everett City Walter E Hall Memorial Golf Course is a brilliant golf course nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites.
