You'll come across a scenic lake called Lake Angeline near Frog Lake; don't leave Frog Lake without first paying a visit to Asbestos Falls. And if that's not enough there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. At Darrington Water Works Dam near Frog Lake there are some interesting things to see, and if       you came for an overnight stay Cascade Kamloops Trout Farm and RV Park is a great place to camp. While you're here at Frog Lake you can take a hike along the Finney Peak Trail; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Asbestos Creek. Here at Frog Lake you can catch a glimpse of Jumbo Mountain, and Sauk River is a good whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Stephens Pass in close proximity. For the period of the summer                  highs here at Frog Lake get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Frog Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Deer Creek Campground is a great campground nearby; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clear Creek. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. On a nice day at Frog Lake you can take a hike along the Gee Point Trail, and do go to Three Rivers Mill Pond, it's a lovely lake.
