     Frog Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. And if that's not enough, there's a heap more to do near Frog Lake. You'll come across a scenic lake called Lake Angeline near Frog Lake; don't leave Frog Lake without first paying a visit to Asbestos Falls. And if that's not enough there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. At Darrington Water Works Dam near Frog Lake there are some interesting things to see, and if  
   you came for an overnight stay Cascade Kamloops Trout Farm and RV Park is a great place to camp.
While you're here at Frog Lake you can take a hike along the Finney Peak Trail; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Asbestos Creek. Here at Frog Lake you can catch a glimpse of Jumbo Mountain, and Sauk River is a good whitewater spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Stephens Pass in close proximity.
For the period of the summer
 
               highs here at Frog Lake get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 40's while Frog Lake overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Deer Creek Campground is a great campground nearby; in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clear Creek. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. On a nice day at Frog Lake you can take a hike along the Gee Point Trail, and do go to Three Rivers Mill Pond, it's a lovely lake.
Frog Lake typically gets a large amount of rainfall; the wettest month of the year is regularly November, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is July.

This is generally known as a good campground. Campers of all ages come to camp at Baker Lake Resort a campground as good as Baker Lake Resort would be a shame not to try. This part of Washington has a great deal of available outdoors activities....This is by far one of the best places I have ever camped. The resort is quiet and well kept. The camp hosts as well as the staff there have made each and every camping trip a great adventure. Stevens has a wide diversity of trails and runs that suits every riding style. From beginner to expert and for those terrain park junkies Stevens has you covered. I think what's special about Stevens is you can find your own little part of the mountain which is all yours, I have 4-5 little runs that cross between trails and off-piste that are all mine. Also the snow is crazy good, powder almost all the time. My favorite runs are Orion, some tree skiing near wall street, and right above the power lines. Stevens also has some pretty sweet out of bounds stuff to so check it out...
