Best Western Columbia River Inn is a nice place to get some rest, and some of the water nearby flows, like Dry Creek. Be careful coming to French Lake, you might not ever wanna go home again. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Tanner Butte Trail, and Dolce Skamania Lodge is a great campground nearby. Man, is there a lot of enjoyable stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Get       your heart beating on the good whitewater of Trout Creek; lakes are such serene places, why not take a look at Sardine Lake. So many amusing things to do here in the Northern Cascade Range, too perfect to be true. Don't forget to take a look at Rock Cove since you're here at French Lake, and perfect hiking is available along the Tanner Cutoff Trail. Near French Lake you discover a golf course called Beacon Rock Golf Course, also Little Brush Lake Dam is                  worth stopping at since you're here. You simply have to have a thing about the Northern Cascade Range. If you need a spot to stay Skamania Lodge is a magnificent choice; hiking is a popular thing to do around French Lake; Eagle Creek Trail is a great local trail. If you want a splendid time in the great outdoors, just come on down to French Lake. A delightful lake like Iman Lake close to French Lake is a great location to check out, and since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by Hood River. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Marine Park and Campground, and Crystal Spring is a wonderful spot to go to while you're at French Lake. Throughout the summer months highs here at French Lake reach the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 40's; night lows at French Lake throughout the winter regularly plunge into the 30's. French Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range. A lot of precipitation falls at French Lake; the month with most of the rain is December; July meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
