Get drenched paddling on Granite Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Sun Mountain Lodge is a good location to get some rest, and don't forget to take a wonderful little spree to Cinnamon Creek. Having a tremendous time in the Northern Cascade Range is painless. Going for a hike on the Mill Creek Trail is always a pleasant adventure; whitewater paddling is tremendous on Canyon Creek - Skagit Tributary. But wait, there's more enjoyable things       to do in the Northern Cascade Range. A spree to Elbow Basin revitalizes the soul; you'll stumble on a stunning lake called Jerry Lakes. Freezeout Lake is a rather wet place commonly with a lot of precipitation; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is July. For the duration of the summertime here at Freezeout Lake, high temperatures usually get into the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. Through the                  winter highs are in the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Freezeout Lake temperatures fall to the 20's. Near Freezeout Lake you discover the Jack Mountain Trail which is a great hiking trail; camping at Tenmile Island Campground is always a tremendous experience. Freezeout Lake is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. The East Bank Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Freezeout Lake, and Joker Mountain is trouble-free to spot from Freezeout Lake. So much cool stuff to do here at Freezeout Lake, too perfect to be true.
