It's always fun to stop by Fortson Ponds. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Cascade Kamloops Trout Farm and RV Park is a wonderful location to camp, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out close by Fortson Mill Pond. Fortson Mill Pond Dam is picturesque and it's in close proximity to Fortson Ponds; Hemple Creek Campground is a brilliant campground nearby. Fortson Ponds is located in the Northern Cascade

not far from Fortson Ponds you'll hit upon Blue Pool which is a charming lake. Having a brilliant time at Fortson Ponds is easy. Paddling on Boulder River is so much fun, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Gee Point Trail.
For the duration of the warmest time of the year highs here at Fortson Ponds reach the 70's, and the overnight is a little cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 40's while the cold winter nights at Fortson Ponds are in the 30's.
