Fort Borst Lake is a lake worth visiting. Take a side tour to China Creek; if you come at the right time of year, Olequa Creek offers some glorious whitewater. Midway RV Park is a nice campground here; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Chehalis River. Yep, outdoors enjoyable things truly is plentiful here in the Olympic Mountains. If you get bored of Fort Borst Lake, you could also visit close by Airport Lake, and

Fort Borst Lake mostly gets a lot of rain; through December this area sees the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. During the warmest time of the year at Fort Borst Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Olympic Mountains. Borst Lake Dam is a gorgeous location in the vicinity of Fort Borst Lake, and the top of Davis
Hill is easily seen from Fort Borst Lake. What a place this is for outdoors folks. If you need a site to stay Econo Lodge Centralia is a wonderful choice, and if you're going to from Olympia, you won't be the only one. This lake is
so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Riverside Golf Club, and Ferrymans Inns is a brilliant site to get some rest.
The Olympic Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
