What a nice lake Fort Borst Lake is. This lake is one of the great places here in the Olympic Mountains. Get your heart pumping on the fine whitewater of Chehalis River, and the scenery at Borst Lake Dam is gorgeous. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors exciting stuff the area in the neighborhood of Fort Borst Lake has to offer. On a delightful day you get a vista of Davis Hill from Fort Borst Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Chehalis Inn.

| | Borst Lake is a pretty wet place usually with a good deal of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is December; July meanwhile is the driest month. Throughout the warmest time of the year here at Fort Borst Lake, high temperatures frequently get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 40's while Fort Borst Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 30's. | |

Yep, outdoors fun things truly is abundant here in the Olympic Mountains. An afternoon playing golf at Riverside Golf Club is always a bliss, and after a long day outdoors Travel Inn Express is a pleasant site to spend a night or
two.
This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Harrison RV/mobile Home Park is a magnificent spot to camp, and do stop at Hayes Lake, it's a picturesque lake. This lake is so wonderful. During your tour to Fort
Borst Lake you'll meet some folks from Olympia for sure. There's whitewater on Olequa Creek for all you adrenaline people, and getting to China Creek from Fort Borst Lake is uncomplicated.
There's no way anyone can get bored here
in the Olympic Mountains. Why not camp at Midway RV Park while you're here at Fort Borst Lake; Plummer Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to.
