The beauty of Foggy Lake attracts many people from all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Northern Cascade Range. If only every place had this much outdoors fun things, what a great earth it would be. Going for a hike along the Camp Creek Ridge Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; you can run the rapids of Silver Creek. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Northern Cascade Range, too fine to be true. A

| | glorious view of pretty Crested Buttes is available from Foggy Lake, and you can never get enough of the good skiing at Stephens Pass. Foggy Pass is next to Foggy Lake and is a great place; a fine site for whitewater paddling is Skykomish River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Silvertip Campground is always a splendid experience. Lakes? Sure, Weeden Lake is close at hand. Summertime highs at Foggy Lake regularly tend to be in the 70's. | |

During the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 40's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Foggy Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's. All year is a fine time in the
Northern Cascade Range if you have a thing about the outdoors. Foggy Lake is right by the Lost Creek Ridge Trail, and Foggy Lake is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Hops Hill Campground is a splendid local campground.
This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a fine little tour to Canyon Creek. Hiking along the Meadow Mountain Trail is nice fun, and good skiing awaits you at Alpental. Foggy Lake generally gets a good deal of rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is July.
