There are some pleasant whitewater spots on Cascade River, and you can catch a glimpse of Razorback Mountain from Fly Lake. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Fly Lake. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Fly Lake during the wintertime typically       descend into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Fly Lake, you could also go to charming La Rush Lake, and why not camp at Cascade Islands Campground II since you're here at Fly Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining stuff in the Northern Cascade Range. You'll discover a striking lake called Basin Lake near Fly Lake, and Cascade Island Campground I is a great local campground. And that's not all you can do here at Fly                  Lake. If the weather is wonderful here at Fly Lake, you can go for a hike along the Meadow Mountain Trail, and going for a hike along the Sulphur Mountain Way will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. So many entertaining things in the Northern Cascade Range, just extraordinary.
