Just getting warmed up. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Lake Michael Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Icicle Creek. Lake Flore gets a large amount of water; most of the snow falls during January; the driest month of the year is July. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites. You definitely must go for the Northern Cascade Range.       Cape Horn is lovely and can be seen from Lake Flore, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Icicle Inn is a pleasant location to spend a night or two. Lake Brigham is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and camping is available at Rock Island Campground. Lake Flore is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. Man, is there lots of entertaining things to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Lake Flore; Icicle                  Trail is a tremendous local trail; why not camp at Black Pine Campground since you're here at Lake Flore. High temperatures at Lake Flore all through the long summer days are in the 60's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lake Flore are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The County Line Trail offers hiking at its best, and nearby you discover splendid locations like Ladies Pass.
