$2 entry for over 6 years. Small lake with swimming beach and dock. Picnic tables and newer playground. Nice grassy patches to lounge in the shade. 12 miles from down town Spokane, great little get away for a summer day. Can rent paddle boats. Drawbacks: This is a very small recreational facility, so can get crowded on holidays. The playground is separated from swimming area, so can't watch children at playground from your 'beach camp', limited number of picnic tables. Otherwise great value for the money!

Fish Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Here at Fish Lake there are plenty of people from Spokane, and after a long day outdoors Willow Springs Motel near EWU is a good place to spend a night or two. If you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Fairways Golf Course; you're probably addicted to lakes, Queen Lucas Lake is one of those nearby. If the weather is delightful, you obtain a fine vista of Prosser Hill from Fish

This lake is so wonderful. This place, Fish Lake, it clearly has so much outdoors fun stuff. Yogi Bears Camp Resort is a great campground here, and paddling on Spokane River is so much fun. It is very dehydrated here at Fish Lake mostly; December is the wettest month with most snow while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.

in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and night lows during the wintertime for Fish Lake tend to be in the 20's. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend
at Big Springs while you're here at Fish Lake, and whitewater paddling is wonderful on Hangman Creek. Stay the night at Peaceful Pines Camp Ground, and a perfect close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites CHENEY-UNIVERSITY AREA.
