     Ferguson Ponds is always a pleasure to visit. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Nooksack River - South Fork, and why not take a little journey to Christie Creek if you're here. Summer at Ferguson Ponds arrives with high temperatures in the 70's. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 40's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Ferguson Ponds. This lake is so wonderful. Float down the rapids  
   of Skookum Creek in a kayak.
A lake close by is Lonesome Pond, and Eddys Mountain can be distinguished from Ferguson Ponds. You believe that's enough? Just getting warmed up. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mt.Baker while you're here, and Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Burlington is a great site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular location for folks from Mount Vernon-Anacortes, and a glorious spot
 
               to camp here at Ferguson Ponds is Wildwood Resort.
Ferguson Ponds gets a great deal of water; throughout the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is July. Ferguson Ponds is one of the lakes here in the Northern Cascade Range. You simply ought to fancy the Northern Cascade Range.
