You get a perfect panorama of Robinson Peak from Ferguson Lake, and a lake nearby is Freds Lake. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Ferguson Lake; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily December, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is July. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Stay the night at Holman Campground, and a wonderful place for       whitewater paddling is Canyon Creek - Skagit Tributary. The Monument Creek Trail offers hiking at its best; hey, Silver Creek is a wonderful local stream. This lake is so wonderful. But wait, there's more entertaining stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Sun Mountain Lodge is a pleasant site to get some rest; Ferguson Lake is not the only spot close by, Lake Doris is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Ferguson Lake is right by the Driveway                  Butte Trail; get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater of Lost River. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Ferguson Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's; the overnight is rather colder of course, ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Ferguson Lake fall into the 20's. If only every location had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great world it would be.
