Fawn Lake is a nice lake to visit. If you want a glorious time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Fawn Lake. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore close by Coldwater Lake, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Toutle River Trail. During the days of summer highs here at Fawn Lake get into the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 40's. High temperatures all through the

| | wintertime are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Fawn Lake dipping down into the 30's throughout winter nights. These mountains rock, just look at all the exciting stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Hoffstadt Creek, and some of the water close by flows, like South Coldwater Creek.

Park is no exception. Camping at Merrill Lake Campground is always a magnificent experience, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Fawn Lake Trail. Fawn Lake is a beautiful lake in the Northern Cascade Range.
This lake
is so wonderful. Soar down the rapids of Cowlitz River in a kayak, and if you're here at Fawn Lake it's a great idea to check out Elk Prairie. Fawn Lake ordinarily gets a lot of rain; the month of December is the wettest with most
of the rain; the driest month of the year is July. If you came to camp Roy's Motel and RV Park is a nice place to do that, and if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Coldwater Trail.
