This lake is so wonderful. Fargher Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Golden West Mobile Manor is a nice local campground, and lakes are such serene places, why not stop by Fargher Pond. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Lewis River - East Fork; a pretty lake like Warren Seely Reservoir is a brilliant site to explore. The Inn       at Salmon Creek is a nice location to get some rest; going for a hike along the Georges Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. High temperatures at Fargher Pond through the warm days of summer are in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Fargher Pond. Fargher Pond is not far at all from Longview-Kelso. Not sufficient                  hours in a day to enjoy this site. Very brilliant water scenery is available at Erickson Dam next to Fargher Pond, and if you need a place to stay Best Western Battle Ground Inn & Suites is a wonderful choice. All the water falling down from the sky makes Fargher Pond a wet place; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest.
