This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is fine on Cascade River, and going for a hike on the Camp Creek Ridge Trail is always a delightful adventure. Through the summer months at Falls Lake highs are generally in the 70's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. Highs during the wintertime are typically in the 40's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Falls Lake. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in       one place! The Northern Cascade Range is unbeatable! Looking for something near Falls Lake? Marten Lake is around here, and on a wonderful day you can take a hike along the Hidden Lake Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. You could also stop by Upper Falls Lake since you're here at Falls Lake; it's nearby, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Sky Valley Inn, Monroe is a delightful choice. A good place to camp here                  at Falls Lake is Cascade Island Campground I, and there is a fine hiking trail nearby called the Meadow Mountain Trail. If you want a fine time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Falls Lake. Camping at Cascade Islands Campground II is always a magnificent experience, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Illabot Creek. Falls Lake gets a great deal of water; the month with most of the rain is November, and the driest of the months is July.
