This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. This place, the Northern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors cool things. Comfort Inn Lacey is a glorious spot to get some rest, and there are other locations here than Fagan Lake, for example Inman Lake.
If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Northern Cascade Range. Martin way Mobile Home Park is a tremendous local campground; you can run the rapids of Nisqually River. This

| | lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Nisqually Plaza RV Park is a wonderful place to camp; Nisqually Valley Golf Course is a golf course nearby. Fagan Lake is a wet place that gets much rainfall; the wettest month of the year is usually December, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is July.

OCEAN SHORES; there's whitewater on Deschutes River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Fagan Lake, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the
winter come with highs in the 40's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Fagan Lake temperatures dip to the 30's. You're sure to stumble upon some friendly people from Olympia here. Lakes? Sure, McEnniery Lake is in the vicinity.

Nisqually River
| ...there is something new and unexpected. There are a few notable obstacles and log jams that have stuck over the past ten years or so. One of them is between McKenna and the Nisqually railroad trestle. It has been there as long as I can remember. But the river isn't too fast there and you should have plenty of time to get outta the way. The other problems are further down the river, the log jams that are past the Nisqually pines aren't too bad. Most of them are so far up on the river bank that only a few trees hang into the river ( not to say that there are none of them.) But the problem is that you raft right under the cliffs on FT. Lewis. They seem to like to throw cars off the cliffs and watch them hit the water.. Or this is a good way to dispose of stolen cars.. Because the water just churns and turns these cars into a spiky nightmare for the rafters and tubers of the Nisqually. I have yet to see one person go over the cars and not instantly blow there raft apart.. Just keep a good eye out for any colors that don't belong in the river. Sometimes its just a small corner hanging out ... |
