There's so much to do here at Evergreen Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Dolce Skamania Lodge is a splendid location for that, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Eagle Creek Trail. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area next to Evergreen Lake has to offer. That right there is plenty of amusing things already but it goes on, the Northern Cascade Range has it all. The (historical)       Cascades is always fun to check out, and golf can be played at Beacon Rock Golf Course. Evergreen Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is December; July is the month with the least moisture. The Northern Cascade Range scenery is always beautiful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Trout Creek, and it's a magnificent idea to pop by Eagle Creek. You'll really wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things in                  the Northern Cascade Range. On a good day at Evergreen Lake you can take a hike along the Tanner Cutoff Trail, and Skamania Lodge is a perfect spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. The scenery at Bonneville Dam in the vicinity of Evergreen Lake is stunning, and if you've had enough of Evergreen Lake, Little Black Lake is nearby. Evergreen Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a scenic outdoors paradise. After a long day outdoors Best Western Columbia River Inn is a delightful place to spend a night or two, and Evergreen Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Marine Park and Campground is a good local campground. The Tanner Butte Trail is a good hiking trail near Evergreen Lake, and there are some great whitewater spots on Rock Creek - Columbia River Tributary. Why not stop at Wauna Point also since you're here, and probably you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Black Lake is just a very short distance away. Throughout the summer months at Evergreen Lake highs are typically in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's.
