Elder Reservoir is a great place to visit for more than one day, Park washington Management is a great place to camp nearby, and a brilliant nearby hotel is Holiday Inn Express Bothell-Canyon Park (I-405), W. There are some glorious whitewater spots on Duwamish River. All through the long summer days at Elder Reservoir highs are regularly in the 70's. Summer night lows fall down to

| | the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 40's, and overnight lows at Elder Reservoir through the winter generally sink into the 30's.
This lake is so wonderful. Lake Pleasant RV Park is a good campground nearby; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Wellington Hills Golf Course is close at hand. There's whitewater on Pilchuck Creek for all you adrenaline junkies, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Bothell is a glorious choice. | |

There's some flowing water nearby, Penny Creek is a stream you can explore during your stay;
people from Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue love to come here. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Elder Reservoir. Do have a look at Elder Reservoir Dam since you're here at Elder Reservoir, and the view of picturesque Beckstrom Hill is nice.
