Man, is there loads of cool things to do in close proximity to Eightmile Lake. Get dripping wet paddling on Icicle Creek, and you can stay the night at Eightmile Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful. At Eightmile Lake you can make out Cashmere Mountain, and hiking along the County Line Trail is good fun. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Miller Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of       this region, and after a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a great site to spend a night or two. Just can't get enough of the Northern Cascade Range. Whitewater paddling is nice on Icicle Creek. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Eightmile Lake has to offer, you can camp at Trout Lake Campground. Eightmile Lake Outlet Dam is an exciting thing to check out; Lake Caroline is a nearby lake that you could pop by. Eightmile Lake is a site                  with many visitors from Ellensburg. And if that's not sufficient there's a lot more fun stuff to do in the Northern Cascade Range. While you're here at Eightmile Lake, you could also explore beautiful Little Eightmile Lake; a fine nearby hotel is Best Western Icicle Inn. For the period of the warmest time of the year, highs ordinarily are in the 60's at Eightmile Lake. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. During the winter highs are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Eightmile Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Northern Cascade Range. All the water falling down from the sky makes Eightmile Lake a wet site; the wettest month of the year is frequently January, that's the one that snows the most, and July on the other hand is the driest.
